Excuses: The Fly did it!
One morning my mom sees the mess in the kitchen, "Now I wonder, who made such a mess.  It wasn't me, and it wasn't the dog, I wonder, who could it be?"
    "It was the Fly.  I told you mom, that fly morphed into a dude and then he ate all the brownies you made.  He lives in the kitchen..."
    Yep, there's this fly that lives in our kitchen.  And around 3 in the morning, when there's no one around, he morphs into a dude.  He then proceeds to raid the fridge. This isn't surprising, he is a Mysterious Fly Dude, which is part of the same species  with the Large Irish Refrigerator Rat [Rattus Fridgus Gaelicus] (same genus as the Large American Refrigerator Rat [Rattus Fridgus Americanus] also known as the Common Refrigerator Raider) He also leaves dirty dishes in the sink.  Now, why am I always the one that gets blamed for this?  And where have all the lemons gone?

Over the summer:
So I was at Tessa's house one day, we were sitting on the floor at the coffee table.  I was writing out the lyrics to Discotheque (from memory) so she could keep them, while she was explaining to me who was with who on Buffy.  She was demonstating this with butterfly clips.  Willow was the white one, Angel was purple, Buffy was pink, Xander was blue, and so on.  I was like, "Hey, why not U2 butterflies?" she said that would be cool.  So I got four little butterfly clips and chose colors.  Bono was the white one, Edge is blue, Adam is pink, and Larry is green.  Tessa instantly takes them and starts pairing them up with Buffy people...
